ONE NIGHT IN VEGAN MEXICO
On Friday 28 and, Saturday 29 of May, we’ll have another vegan night with 5 Vegan Mexican inspired dishes starting at 18:00 to 21:00.
There will also be vegan cocktails, beers and wine available🥂🍹🍸.
• 🕰 Event Timing: Doors open at 18:00 for you to enjoy drinks and relax, but feel free to come at any time as the table is reserved for you only and we’ll serve your dishes at your pace. Please note, the premise closes at 21:00, so in order to enjoy your evening fully, we suggest arriving between 18:00 and 19:00
Carrot Tinga Tostada
Shredded Carrots in a sauce made from tomatoes, chipotle chilies, and sliced onions. Served on a tostada and accompanied by a layer of refried beans, topped with avocado slices, crumbled almond cheese and cashews cream. It originated in Puebla, México.
Allergens: almond, cashews and sesame seeds.
Sopa de Tortilla
A traditional Mexican soup made of fried corn tortilla pieces, submerged into a broth of tomato, garlic, onion, chile pasilla and epazote. It is served with pieces of Guajillo chiles, avocado, tofu cubes and cashews cream. It is known that it comes from the Mexico City area in México.
Allergens: cashews, soya
Palm Hearts Ceviche
Ceviche is a South American dish originated in Peru typically made from fresh raw sea ingredients (substituted for hearts of palm) cured in lime juice and spiced with chilli peppers, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, salt, and coriander; in the Mexican culture is a very popular dish characterised by its colours that symbolised our national flag with our own touch of flavour.
A Tamal is an iconic prehispanic dish in Latin America made from corn dough filled with stews of vegetables, wrapped in banana or corn leaf and steamed; the preparation, dough, filling, wrap and shape varies depending its regions, in México we have over 370 kinds and more than 1,000 varieties.
Allergens: Nuts (cashews).
A tres leches cake is a sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated coconut milk, condensed coconut milk, and heavy coconut cream (original recipe uses cow milk). It’s origins come from Sinaloa, México.

• 💥 In order to follow government guidelines that have been given to the Hospitality sector, we are to make two services for this event on Friday 28 of May and, Saturday 29 of May. Only 26 tickets per night, Please select the desired date to purchase the tickets accordingly.
• 🕰 Event Timing: Doors open at 18:00 for you to enjoy drinks and make new friends, but feel free to come at any time as the table is reserved for you only and we’ll serve your dishes at your pace. Please note, the premise closes at 21:00, so in order to enjoy your evening fully, we suggest arriving between 18:00 and 19:00
• You can book online for up to 6 people. At the moment we can not accept bigger groups. Please contact us directly to make a booking for more than 6 guests if your group is from the same household.
Miranda Café Refund Policy
Refunds will include the full ticket as long as the request is processed with no less than 5 days prior the event. After this, we will require to sell the ticket before the event or, during the event as a walk-in before processing any refund. Please note, we use Stripe as our online card payment processor and the fees associated with the use of Stripe are non refundable, so we won’t return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. More about Stripe fees https://stripe.com/gb/pricing . But there is an exception. We will refund the Stripe fees to buyers when an event is cancelled.
