THE MENU
Humitas
Seasoned corn tamales. Filled with onion, red pepper and tomato sofrito. Served with chimichurri Ecuatorian garlic and fresh herbs sauce. Toasted Mock pork.
Allergens: celery, gluten, sulphites.
Siwichi
Oyster mushrooms and palm heart ceviche prepared in lemon juice, orange and tomato juice, with red onion, tomato, cucumber, and ají. Spicy peanuts.
Allergens: peanuts.
Tortilla de Yuca
Cassava tortillas, typical of Ecuador’s coastal and eastern regions. Grilled patty of smashed cassava mixed with cheese. Served with creamy ají hot sauce and red onion and tomato salsa.
Allergens: celery, sulphites.
Encocado de Yaca
Ecuadorian coastal dish. Our version consists of a jackfruit seasoned with citrus and spices and then cooked in a sauce of cilantro, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and coconut milk. Served with Plantains.
Allergens: celery, soya.
Queso de Leche with Blackberries
Vanilla panacotta done with oat milk and panela, served with blackberry sauce.

Miranda Café Refund Policy
Refunds will include the full ticket as long as the request is processed with no less than 5 days prior the event. After this, we will require to sell the ticket before the event or, during the event as a walk-in before processing any refund. Please note, we use Stripe as our online card payment processor and the fees associated with the use of Stripe are non refundable, so we won’t return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. More about Stripe fees https://stripe.com/gb/pricing . But there is an exception. We will refund the Stripe fees to buyers when an event is cancelled.
