On Friday 18 of March, we’ll have another vegan night with 5 Vegan Moroccan inspired dishes starting at 18:00 to 21:00.
There will also be vegan cocktails, beers and wine available🥂🍹🍸.

🕰  Event Timing: Doors open at 18:00 for you to enjoy drinks and relax, but feel free to come at any time as the table is reserved for you only and we’ll serve your dishes at your pace. Please note, the premise closes at 21:00, so in order to enjoy your evening fully, we suggest arriving between 18:00 and 19:00

THE MENU FOR THE EVENING

B´ssara Hummus, fresh salad and flat warm bread

Fava bean dip served with flatbread and salad. Cucumber and carrots ribbons, orange, olives, and roasted walnuts, with citrus thyme dressing. 
Bessara is a humble but delicious Moroccan dish of pureed beans which can be found as street food and homemade comfort food. The puree may be offered in thinner form as a soup or porridge or left as a thicker puree which can be eaten as a dip.

Allergens: gluten, nuts, sulphur dioxide. Contains garlic.

Harira Soup 

Spiced creamy tomato soup with red lentils, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, carrots and finished off with a squeeze of lemon juice and some chopped coriander. During the holy month of Ramadan, the fast is broken at sunset each day with a steaming bowl of harira soup.

Allergens: gluten, celery, soya. Contains garlic and onion.

Chick’n Tagine with vegetables, olives and preserved lemon

A traditional Moroccan dish of mock chicken pieces, cauliflower, potatoes and apricots braised with spices, garlic, onion, olives, and preserved lemon. Serve on a bed of couscous, and finished with fresh mint leaves.
Tajine or tagine, is a Maghrebi dish which is named after the earthenware pot in which it is cooked. It is also called maraq or marqa. The tagine dates back to the time of the Islamic Golden Age. 

Allergens: gluten, celery, soya. Contains garlic and onion.

Spiced Apples and Plums

Spiced apples, plums and raisins served warm

Mint Tea and Moroccan Pastry Sweet

Fresh mint tea and Moroccan handmade sweet bite.
Allergens: Gluten, Nuts .

Miranda Café Refund Policy

Refunds will include the full ticket as long as the request is processed with no less than 5 days prior the event. After this, we will require to sell the ticket before the event or, during the event as a walk-in before processing any refund. Please note, we use Stripe as our online card payment processor and the fees associated with the use of Stripe are non refundable, so we won’t return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. More about Stripe fees https://stripe.com/gb/pricing . But there is an exception. We will refund the Stripe fees to buyers when an event is cancelled.
