Casabe is a flatbread/cracker/source of carbs made from cassava flour. For those that care, it is, therefore, gluten-free. Welcome to the crunch!
Preparation of the Casabe Pizza recipe:
Preheat the oven to 400˚F or 200 ° C.
Place in each portion of cassava, place a little well-spread homemade tomato sauce.
Continue layering with a your favurite toppings: olives, peppers, artichokes then a little paprika and finish with mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Take out of the oven and enjoy.
