Tasting notes
The domaine is situated close to Pézenas and comprises 45 hectares of land scattered amongst the scrub. Since its creation in 1969 there has been a restless experimentation which has led to tempranillo and rolle/vermentino vines growing alongside grenache and picpoul. Limestone soils and a situation in the north of the appellation give the wines a special mineral freshness. The estate was the first in the region to join Terra Vitis, an organisation committed to following organic principals and in support of the local ecology. (Certified Terra Vitis)
