Ingredients: White onion, mushroom, water, red wine, brown lentils, puff pastry (GLUTEN), beetroot, carrots, parsnips, red lentils, jasmine rice, rapeseeds oil, soy sauce (GLUTEN, SOYA), garlic, salt, cornflour, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, vegetable stock (CELERY, SOYA), garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, oregano, rosemary.
Use by Date: 1 day from the collection.
Allergens note: See allergens in bold. Produced in a premise that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, mustard, and gluten.

Storage: Keep refrigerated.
Heating: For Oven: Remove the cover from the foil tray. Preheat the oven to 160ºC and warm up for at least 10-15min. The foil tray can be used in the oven.
For microwave: remove all packaging, cut a portion, place the Wellington piece on a microwave-proof dish, and microwave it for 2-3min. The foil tray CAN NOT be used in the microwave.
Check the food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
