About this Event
This time our focus will be in the traditions from Peru. It will be a 4 course menu offering a mix of Peruvian flavours.
CEVICHE DE MANGO
Mango and avocado ceviche prepared in lemon juice
Fried vegan cheese sticks wrapped with wonton pastry. Served with guacamole
Yellow potato and yellow chili pepper mash serve with three different delicious toppings
FLAN DE NATILLA
Natilla (dulce de leche) almond flan, topped with fresh berries and dark sugar cane syrup
