Cooking Tips: Casabe is ready to eat from the package. But if you want to bring it to another level, place the Casabe on a baking tray. Bake at 180 degrees ºC for 10 minutes, or until slightly golden (avoid using Broil or bread toaster). Wait 2-3 minutes before serving. Suggested toppings and ideas: drizzle olive oil, add salt, and rosemary. Make a toasted Gluten-Free pizza: Grate your favorite cheese, sundried tomatoes, and fresh basil.
