4x Golden Crispy Mock Chicken Fillets
Our vegan chicken is made with seitan, chickpea flour, and a spiced and vegetable base, follow by a tasty and tangy batter coated with panko breadcrumbs and fry until golden!. This is by far our most popular product in Miranda and is very versatile. You can make chicken burgers, sandwiches, salads, serve with curries and rice, or just chopped in pieces and use it as a snack for kids, like nuggets.
Wheat gluten flour, onions, chickpea flour, panko breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Yeast), celery, parsnips, carrots, white wine (Sulphur Dioxide), rapeseed oil, self-raising wheat Flour, mustard sauce, soybean paste (soybeans, wheat flour, fermented soybean paste, fermented ethyl alcohol), salt, sugar, mustard seeds, spices, garlic powder, vegetable stock (soya, celery).

All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving. Remove outer packaging.
Fry in a Pan: Preheat oil in a pan. Add sufficient oil just to cover the bottom of the pan. At medium-high heat, place chicken onto the pan, fry for 5-6 min or until golden. Flip fillets a couple of times whilst cooking.
Suitable for home freezing for up to three months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours and always within the use-by date.
