Rustic Vegan Bolognese Sauce Ⓖ. 600gr – 800gr

 A rich homemade rustic vegan ragu made with brown and red lentils, herbs, vegetables and cooked slowly. Pairs perfectly with tagliatelle or penne pasta for the kids, topped with olives or cashew parmesan and fresh basil. Also, ideal for making lasagne, or serve as a dip with focaccia.

Serves 3 – 5 portions, depending on the size of the jar.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes, onion, brown lentils, red bell peppers, water, red split lentils, garlic, rapeseed oil, olive oil, salt, sugar, vegetable stock (celery, soya), oregano, chili flakes, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary, dried basil, thyme.

Cooking Instructions:

All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving. Remove outer packaging.

Saucepan: add the Vegan Rustic Bolognese in a saucepan at medium-high heat. Add a splash of water. Bring sauce to boiling temperature, and simmer for at least 2-3 minutes. 

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Heath thoroughly before consuming. After opening, keep refrigerated, consume it within 3 days.
